Important information
Mediation is a dispute resolution process. The mediator does not act as a legal representative for any party and does not give legal advice.
Parties may wish to take independent legal advice on their own circumstances and on any proposed settlement.
Confidentiality and the terms of the mediation are explained and agreed as part of the mediation arrangements.
