Civil Mediation Council
Operates a regulated framework for civil, commercial and workplace mediators in England and Wales, and provides a public mediator search facility.
civilmediation.orgWe provide mediation to help individuals, businesses, organisations and legal representatives resolve disputes constructively and efficiently.
Our work is founded on three principles: independence, impartiality and confidentiality. We do not take sides or impose decisions. Instead, we provide a structured and supportive setting in which all parties can be heard, understand the issues in dispute, explore practical options and work towards a mutually acceptable resolution.
Mediation can be an effective alternative to prolonged and costly disputes. By encouraging open communication and helping the parties focus on their underlying interests, we aim to help them reach solutions that work for everyone involved.
Our mediation practice is supported by professional memberships and credentials with recognised mediation bodies, including the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), in line with our current individual accreditation and membership status.
These memberships reflect our commitment to recognised standards of practice, continuing professional development and ethical conduct.
